Plagarism On the Rise
Bob Bly has a startling article on his blog about how students view cutting and pasting material found on the web to use in their reports.
Is there anyone out there who doesn’t think that this trend will not only continue, but eventually become standard, accepted practice?

That is sad. How lazy has our society become when some think this is acceptable?
What’s even scarier is that published authors are doing this. I had no clue who Cassie Edwards was until I read about her copy/paste fiasco. She has written numerous romance novels. I don’t read romance novels so I guess that might be one of many reasons I have no clue who she is.
